Nói Síríus's plain milk chocolate at 33% cocoa: light, sweet and creamy, with a soft snap and an even melt. There is nothing in it but chocolate, which is exactly the point — it is the taste Icelanders think of as “chocolate”, full stop.
The Traditional range wraps each bar in paper printed with photographs of Icelandic nature, so the bar does double duty as a small souvenir. Made in Reykjavík by Nói Síríus, chocolate makers since 1920.
