Everything in my order arrived in one piece and in a timely manner. If I had a complaint it would be on the end of the USPS. They did not update their shipping and I had to follow my order from the Iceland shipper which meant I had to translate into English to find out when the order was to be delivered.
Love the Ash Heather (and the white) yarn I received. The ash heather has a variation of whites and black and grey which makes it the more interesting. Also, shopping from your store was very easy and I will be back for my next Icelandic wool project! Iceland is such an awesome country. I’d love to visit and purchase one of your beautiful sweaters. I’m a fan!

I was surprised to receive a printed copy of the pattern with my order even after I’d already downloaded it. It was a nice way to start my project.

Everything arrived safe and sound.
Extremely warm and high quality knitting
The colours are not consistently changed from the original pattern as stated by the description.
Pattern 1 is not dark blue (navy), but sometimes light blue, sometimes green.
Pattern 2 is not green (teal heather), but dark blue or yellow
Pattern 3 is not always light blue (light denim heather), but also sometimes green
Pattern 4 is not always yellow (golden heather), but for one row also dark blue.
Good thing I recognised that at the beginning of the upper pattern, so I can still salvage it.
If it is too much work to change the pattern to the correct numbers, at least put a disclaimer at the beginning of the instruction like "Colours not consistent, please verify with this picture:"
Wool is nice and delivery was faster than expected. Just make sure to work out the correct colours before you begin knitting!
