The dark version of Nói Síríus's toffee-and-sea-salt bar: 45% dark chocolate with 10% toffee pieces and 0.4% sea salt, 100 g. The chocolate has no milk powder in it, so the cocoa comes first; the butter is in the toffee, and the salt arrives last and keeps it from being cloying.

How is it different from the milk toffee bar?

Same toffee (10%) and the same pinch of sea salt (0.4%), but the chocolate underneath is 45% dark with no milk powder in it, so the cocoa arrives first and the toffee second.

Is it bitter?

No. 45% is Nói's everyday dark strength, the same as its Síríus baking chocolate, and sugar is the first ingredient. Dark, not bitter.

What is on the wrapper?
