What's in the kit
A firm, dark 70% bar with a clean cocoa bitterness and a definite pinch of Icelandic sea salt. It snaps hard, melts slowly, and the salt lifts the cocoa rather than sweetening it — a square with coffee is enough. Not sweet, not creamy: this is the bar for people who mean it about dark chocolate.
The Síríus bar has been on Icelandic shelves since 1933, first sold as baking chocolate; the 70% version is the one cooks reach for. Made by Nói Síríus in Reykjavík, chocolate makers since 1920.
