What's in the kit
Plain Síríus milk chocolate — the bar every Icelander can taste from memory. Creamy and mellow with a clean cocoa finish (cocoa solids min. 33%), a little less sweet than the big international milk bars, and it melts evenly rather than sticking to your teeth. Nothing added, nothing to argue about.
Made by Nói Síríus in Reykjavík, chocolate makers since 1920 and Iceland's oldest chocolate company. Síríus is also the base for the flavoured bars — caramel and sea salt, praline mint — so this plain bar is where to start.
