Dark chocolate (60%) blended with caramel chocolate and topped by hand with caramelised coconut, cranberries and a pinch of sea salt. The gentlest bar in the collection: the coconut is toasty and crunchy-sweet, the cranberries give a sharp chew, and the salt keeps the caramel note honest. If you like salted caramel, start here.

Waterfall is one of four bars in Anna Marta's Icelandic Nature Chocolate Collection. Iceland has over 10,000 waterfalls (foss in Icelandic); the wrapper shows Skógafoss, about 25 m wide with a drop of around 60 m. The photo is part of the gift.
