The gentlest bar in the collection: the coconut is toasty and crunchy-sweet, the cranberries give a sharp chew, and the salt keeps the caramel note honest. If you like salted caramel, start here.

How does it compare with the other Circolo bars?

Waterfall is the mildest — salted caramel with coconut and cranberry. Aurora is fruity and peppery, Volcano is nutty with chilli and ginger, Black Sand is caramel and sea salt.

Does chocolate ship well in summer?

Yes. In the warm months we pack chocolate against the heat and it travels 2–4 days by DHL Express. If a bar has softened in transit, an hour in the fridge brings it back.
