Glacier - Icelandic handmade chocolate

A slab of dark chocolate blended with caramel chocolate, then covered by hand with cranberries, coconut, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. The base is bittersweet with a buttery caramel note; the cranberries add a tart chew, the coconut a toasty sweetness, and the seeds a nutty crunch. Every bar looks a little different — each is topped by hand.
