Rectangular bites of soft caramel toffee with pieces of sweet Icelandic liquorice inside, all coated in mellow milk chocolate. The chocolate gives, the caramel stretches a little, and the liquorice comes through gently at the end — more caramel-shop than salt-lick. If Þristur is your sweet, these are the same idea in a bag you can share.

Þristur means "three" — chocolate, caramel, liquorice — and stubbar means "stubs", which is exactly what these are: the three-part sweet in short pieces. Made in Iceland by Sambó.
