Flói is Icelandic for bay. Pattern no. 1051 in the Álafoss landscape series, designed by Védís Jónsdóttir in 100% Icelandic wool.
Icelandic wool is light and properly warm at the same time, so this is a throw you actually reach for: over the sofa, at the foot of the bed, around your shoulders on a cold evening. Combed after weaving to soften it, and finished with a fringe.
