In Icelandic Flói means bay. This blanket is a part of the Alafoss "landscape" series.
Beautiful fringed throw made from 100% Icelandic wool and is extremely durable, lightweight, breathable and warm. The outside layer is actually water repellent. The fabric is additionally combed after weaving to make it soft.

Recently I ordered one HUM and one FLOI blanket. Winnipeg has cold winter nights and we needed new blankets. I did a search online for Icelandic blankets and was happy to find you. They blankets came very quickly. I paid Canadian duty easily through DHL. The blankets are exquisite, very well made with obviously excellent quality wool, definitely worth the price. They are lightweight, perfect for us. We almost look forward to the freezing winter so it is cold enough to use them!

sorry I don’t have a picture as after arriving opened up and had a look and as usual the workmanship and colours were magnificent, but has now been wrapped to be given as a gift, this is my second Icelandic blanket and won’t be my last , they are just beautiful, delivery was fast, once ordered took one week to arrive in Australia, the price was fantastic value for such excellent workmanship, the Icelandic store is highly recommended, wish you all the very best and be well, kind regards Robert
