How it is knitted
Knitted back and forth on 39 stitches: five rows of garter stitch, then the 8-row lace chart repeated 40 times — or as long as you like — with three garter stitches at each edge, five more rows of garter stitch, and a stretchy bind-off as loose as the cast-on. Rinse it, roll out the water in a towel and pin the edges as it dries.
