What's in the kit
Stjörnuljós barna is the children’s version of Stjörnuljós — “starlight” — by Védís Jónsdóttir from Ístex’s Lopi 43: the same black and white star yoke on a light ash body, knitted in lighter Léttlopi for children. The pattern describes the pair as “father and child, mother and child — big and small, alike but not the same”. The grown-up version is available as a kit too.

How it is knitted
Body and sleeves are knitted in the round from the lower edge up to the underarms, then joined and the yoke is knitted in the round from a chart in stranded colourwork. The neckband is folded in half to the inside and sewn down.
