Skyrgámur ("Skyr-Gobbler") is the eighth Yule Lad, arriving on the night of 19 December. He raids pantries and cellars for skyr — Iceland's thick cultured dairy — eating straight from the tub and leaving nothing. Big, clumsy and cheerful, he is one of the best-loved lads: his mischief revolves around the most Icelandic food there is. Made in Iceland by Kandís, who use only fine-flavour cacao — here from South America.
