Refund policy

If you want to get your purchased item refunded, we will credit your original form of payment, excluding the shipping cost. Returns must be received in their original, unused condition, or they will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that after we process the refund it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement. If there is any problem regarding a refund, please contact us.

If you are waiting to be refunded, the refund process then takes 3-5 business days to complete.

If you haven’t received a refund, 1. Check your bank account again. 2. Contact your credit card company. 3. Contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted and there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
