Sirius - 33% Milk chocolate with toffee and seasalt

A thick 200 g bar of 33% Síríus milk chocolate studded with small pieces of toffee and a scatter of sea salt. The chocolate is smooth and mild, the toffee gives it a buttery crunch, and the salt sharpens each square so it never gets cloying. Break it into squares for the table or chop it into a batter.

The Síríus bar has been on Icelandic shelves since 1933, when Nói first sold it as baking chocolate — and Icelanders have been eating it straight ever since. Made by Nói Síríus in Reykjavík, chocolate makers since 1920.
