Is it very salty?

No: 0.4% sea salt, 0.8 g of salt per 100 g in total. It reads as toffee first and salt last, at the end of each square. A milk bar with a salted edge, not a salted-caramel bar.

Milk or dark?

Milk, 33% cocoa solids, the same Síríus milk chocolate as Nói's plain Traditional bar, with the toffee and salt added. Nói makes the same combination on 45% dark chocolate as a 100 g bar.

Why 200 g?

Because there are two 100 g bars in the pack. It is the size Nói makes for duty-free and export shops.

Can I bake with it?

Chop it into cookie dough or brownie batter and the toffee pieces and salt go along for the ride. Or break it into squares for the table.

Will chocolate melt on the way?

It can, in warm months. We do not refund melted chocolate unless you add Shipping protection in the cart (terms of service, sections 9 and 10). A soft pack firms up again in the fridge.
