Overview
What's in the kit
Sexblaðarós — the Six-petalled Rose. “I like to play with the eight-pointed star, as in the Afmæli sweater. The result this time is a six-pointed star. The inspiration came from terrazzo tiles with a clover pattern, and from autumn, falling leaves and grapevines.” A Plötulopi lopapeysa knitted with two strands held together: the body and sleeves are worked in a marl of arctic blue and gulf stream, and the yoke adds spruce green, ivory beige, light ash, dark amber, jasper red and plum — eight shades in all. Body and sleeves are worked in the round, then joined for the yoke; separate sleeve lengths for women and men.
