Description

This knitting kit includes all material needed to make your own traditional Icelandic sweater: Rangur, Designed by Rebekka Kristjánsdóttir. Both for men and women.
The sweater is knitted using one strand of Einband and one strand of Plötulopi combined. The same colour of Einband is used for the entire sweater. When changing colours, it is best to twist the Plötulopi strands together.

Included: Pattern in English, Knitting needles*, Plotulopi and Einband Wool needed to make the largest sweater (XL).

The knitting pattern and the genuine Ístex lopi yarn for the design. On most kits you can add needles as an option at no fuss.

Which yarn do the kits use?

Most use Léttlopi — the classic lopapeysa yarn — while some designs call for Álafoss Lopi, Plötulopi or Einband. Each kit page says which.
