Which size should I knit?
Five sizes, XS to XL, with a chest of 98, 105, 111, 117 and 123 cm all round. The length to the centre front neck is 62 to 72 cm.
Which sleeve length should I choose?
Women’s sleeves are 41, 43, 43, 45 and 45 cm and men’s 46, 48, 48, 50 and 50 cm from cuff to underarm, XS to XL. For women the sleeve increases come every 7th round, for men every 8th.
Will I have yarn left over?
The kit holds the XL amount: 7 balls of grey heather, 3 of white and 2 of black sheep. XS uses 5 grey heather, S and M 6, L and XL 7; the white and black sheep are the same in every size.
The pattern has two versions — which do I follow?
No. 4, the grey one. No. 3 is the same design with a black body. Where the instructions split, follow No. 4: its hem and cuff rib are knitted in white, and its neckband is 8 cm of rib folded to the inside.
What does the kit with needles include?
6 mm (US 10) circular needles in 40 and 80 cm, a 4.5 mm (US 7) circular needle in 80 cm and 4.5 mm double-pointed needles — ADDI, the sizes the pattern names. The stitch holders the pattern mentions are not included.
