Einir — Juniper. A classic Icelandic lopapeysa from the Álafoss archive, redesigned by Védís Jónsdóttir for chunky Álafosslopi: highland green with a patterned raglan yoke in light beige and black sheep, and a tall ribbed collar in light beige folded double. Body and sleeves are worked in the round from the lower edge, then joined for the yoke; short rows raise the back neck for a comfortable fit.

Gauge
13 sts × 18 rows = 10 cm (4″) in stocking stitch on 6 mm needles. The pattern notes that gauge can tighten in the two-colour section — go up 0.5 mm there if needed.
