Which size should I knit?
Five sizes, with a chest of 100 (XS), 104 (S), 112 (M), 119 (L) and 123 cm (XL), and 62 to 72 cm long to the centre front neck edge. Then choose the sleeve: women’s 41 to 45 cm or men’s 46 to 50 cm to the underarm.
Will I have yarn left over?
The kit holds 8 balls of navy, the amount for XL. XS and S use 6, and M and L use 7. One ball each of white, light denim heather and denim heather covers every size.
How is it knitted?
Body and sleeves are knitted in the round from the ribbed lower edge up to the underarms, then joined on one circular needle and the yoke is worked in the round from the chart. The underarm stitches are grafted at the end.
What does the kit with needles contain?
Addi needles in the sizes the pattern names: 6 mm (US 10) circular needles in 40 and 80 cm, a 4.5 mm (US 7) circular needle in 80 cm and 4.5 mm (US 7) double-pointed needles. The pattern also uses stitch holders; they are not in the kit.
Can I knit the black and grey version instead?
Yes, the pattern gives it as no. 20: black heather for the body with light ash, ash heather and dark grey heather in the yoke. Choose those colours in the colour picker.
