How it is knitted
The body is knitted back and forth in one piece from 5 cm of 1×1 rib, and the sleeves in the round. They are joined for a raglan yoke worked back and forth, with short rows to raise the back neck, and a 2 cm rib neckband. The hood is picked up from the inside of the neckband in Léttlopi and knitted flat, shaped at the sides and closed at the top with short rows, then edged with a picked-up rib. Two shaped patch pockets with ribbed edges are knitted in Léttlopi and sewn on, and a two-way zipper is sewn under the front edges. This is the long, coat-length version; the pockets sit 20–24 cm up from the rib.
