How it is knitted
Cast on in black heather and knit 1×1 rib, then the pattern from the chart in the round up to the underarms — the whole lower body is patterned in black heather, murky and light ash. Above the armholes the back and fronts are knitted back and forth in black heather, with the deep V-neck decreased on both sides. The shoulders are sewn and the neckband and armbands picked up and knitted in 1×1 rib.
