Léttlopi Wool Blanket - Grey and White

• Material: 100% pure Icelandic wool
• Finish: Combed after weaving for softness; fringed edges
• Character: Lightweight, breathable, insulating even when damp — the outer fibre sheds water
• Care: Air out between uses; hand wash cool or dry clean

This blanket is made of Léttlopi yarn. Pure Icelanic sheep's wool. It's a little bit smaller than our other Icelandic blankets so it's perfect to wrap around yourself when the weather is cold. If you have ever been to the glacier lagoon in Iceland you will notice that the colors of this blanket look like the inside of a glacier once a piece of it breaks off. That magical green/blue that lasts a short time before the ice absorbs oxygen.

• Gentle Cleaning: Use lukewarm water with mild soap or specialized wool cleaner. Avoid regular detergents or bleach.
• Hand Wash Recommended: Gently wash in a basin or tub, avoiding the use of a washing machine to prevent damage to the wool fibers.
• Avoid Wringing or Twisting: Post-wash, don't wring or twist the blanket to remove water as it can deform its shape.
• Air Dry Properly: Lay the blanket flat on a clean surface to air dry, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Storage Tips: Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a breathable cotton bag for protection against dust and moths. Avoid plastic containers or bags.
