Overview
What's in the kit
Hestur — the Horse rug. Icelandic wool for the Icelandic horse: breathable, insulating and moisture-wicking, ideal as an under rug or stable rug in the cool months. The blanket is worked back and forth in garter stitch, the patterned neck yoke is knitted in the round and cut open (steek), and the two are sewn together. The pattern is designed for an Icelandic horse — measure your lucky horse before starting.
