How it is knitted
The body starts with 1×1 rib knitted back and forth, then is knitted in the round with two purled stitches at centre front for a steek, with waist shaping at the sides. The sleeves are knitted in the round from long rib cuffs with a small pattern band. They are joined, raglan decreases shape the first rounds of the yoke, and the yoke pattern is knitted from a chart in six shades. The steek is machine-sewn and cut, and the collar and button bands are 1×1 rib.
Design: G. Dagbjört Guðmundsdóttir — pattern from Lopi No. 36 (no. 15), Ístex.
