Freyja Hrís chocolate covered corn puffs spheres - Icelandic candy

Airy spheres of popped corn cereal covered in Freyja milk chocolate — light, crunchy and much less heavy than a solid chocolate. The puff shatters, the chocolate melts, and a handful is gone before you have registered it. The old description warned "if you want to get addicted to candy, this is it", and that's about right.

Made by Freyja in Reykjavík, Iceland's oldest confectioner (since 1918). Hrís sits alongside Lundi and Rís in the Freyja line-up — this is the light, crunchy one in a big sharing bag.
