Pre-orders:Since we need to make the sweater for you, alterations can be made to colors and pattern at no extra cost. The time to deliver the pre-ordered sweater depends on our available knitters, season and other things. Usually no less than 2 weeks and no more than 8 weeks. Please bear in mind that our sweaters are mostly made by retired women who do this as a hobby. We think happy knitters make happy sweaters, so we don't rush them.

A genuine Lopapeysa — the name is protected by the Icelandic Food and Veterinary Authority: only sweaters hand-knitted in Iceland from new Icelandic wool may carry it. This is the real thing, not a machine-made imitation.
