Æsa — Dark Children’s Sweater Knitting Kit

Æsa — one of Iceland’s most popular Lopi patterns, now as a children’s sweater, as the pattern introduces it. Védís Jónsdóttir’s children’s version from Ístex’s Lopi 41, here in the dark colourway: black heather with a light grey and white yoke.

How it is knitted
Body and sleeves are knitted in the round from 1×1 rib up to the underarms, joined, and the yoke is knitted in the round from a chart. The neckband is 1×1 rib, 5 to 6 cm high, folded in half to the inside.
