Nói Síríus Konsum dark chocolate at 45% cocoa, flavoured with natural orange. It's the crunchy, snappy style Icelanders call suðusúkkulaði — "boiling chocolate", the bar you cook with — so it breaks cleanly and melts smoothly, and the orange comes through as a bright note rather than perfume. Darker than milk, not bitter.

Konsum by Nói Síríus, Reykjavík, is one of the best-known chocolates in Iceland — the plain 45% bar has been the household baking chocolate since 1933. This is the orange edition of that bar.
