Small, fluffy marshmallow pillows with a smooth caramel centre and a thin coat of chocolate. The marshmallow is light and springy, the caramel creamy and sweet, and the chocolate holds it together — a soft, gentle sweet that disappears in a bite.
Caramel Pillows are a long-standing Nói Síríus favourite in Iceland; the company has been making chocolate and sweets in Reykjavík since 1920.
Good to know: 150 g bag · chocolate-coated marshmallow with caramel filling · contains milk; the full ingredient list isn't on this page — always check the pack (marshmallow usually means gelatine) · keep cool and dry.
How people buy it: for sharing — a bowl on the table, a bag on a road trip — and as the soft, kid-friendly one in a mixed candy box.
