Vorsól — Knitting pattern
Vorsól (“Spring Sun”) is a cheerful cardigan with a crisp, textured finish. A simple seed-stitch rib frames the edges, while the round yoke showcases bright colorwork that feels classic yet fresh. Knitting needles & notions
Circular needles 4.5 mm (40 & 60–80 cm); circular needle 4 mm (80 cm); circular needle 3.5 mm (80 cm); double‑pointed needles 3.5 mm & 4.5 mm; 7 buttons.
Gauge
18 sts × 24 rows = 10 × 10 cm in stockinette stitch on 4.5 mm needles.
Construction
Body and sleeves are worked in the round from the lower edge to the underarms, then joined for the yoke. The back is slightly wider with decreases below the yoke. A front steek (purl stitches) is secured and cut; seed‑stitch bands and neckband are worked to finish.
