Sirus - 70% Extra Bitter Icelandic Chocolate Mint

A firm 70% dark bar with natural mint flavour and 10% crunchy mint crumbs — small sugar crystals that crackle as the chocolate melts. The cocoa is bitter and clean, the mint is cool rather than toothpaste-sharp, and the crumb gives it texture. Think after-dinner mint, but with proper dark chocolate doing the work.

Made by Nói Síríus in Reykjavík, chocolate makers since 1920 and Iceland's biggest confectionery maker. It's the mint sibling of the Síríus 70% sea salt bar.
