Noi Sirius - Icelandic 45% Semi Sweet Chocolate

A 200 g bar of 45% dark chocolate — “semi-sweet” in baking language. It's darker than milk chocolate but still soft and sweet, with a gentle cocoa flavour and no bitterness, so it works both eaten from the wrapper and melted into things. The friendliest of the Síríus dark bars.

The Síríus bar has been on Icelandic shelves since 1933, when Nói first sold it as baking chocolate; this strength is a good all-purpose baking chocolate. Made by Nói Síríus in Reykjavík, chocolate makers since 1920.
