What's in the kit
Bite-size domes of soft, sweet marshmallow cream dipped in Góa milk chocolate and rolled in crisp puffed rice. The texture is the point: the rice crackles, the chocolate gives, and the marshmallow underneath is light and fluffy rather than dense. Sweet, airy and quick to eat — one is never quite enough.
In Iceland these are Lindu smá Rís Buff — the mini “rice” version of Góa's classic Lindu Buff, made in Hafnarfjörður a few streets from our warehouse. Rís is rice; buff is the name Icelanders use for this kind of chocolate-covered marshmallow.
