Knitting needles & notions
- Circular needles 6 mm (40, 60, 80, 120 cm)
- Double pointed needles 4.5 mm and 6 mm
Gauge
13 sts × 18 rows = 10 × 10 cm in stockinette on 6 mm needles. Check gauge and adjust as needed.
Construction
The body comprises two circles worked from the center out using a circle cast on and all‑over increase rounds, changing colors as specified. Sleeves are knit in the round from the cuff, then shaped back and forth at the cap; side panels are worked flat and seamed. Final finishing includes sewing sleeves and side panels to the circles, marking neck opening (~36 cm along a curved line from top of first sleeve), closing shoulders (~5 cm), rinsing, and blocking.
