The NOX Christmas Ornament 2021 – Cat is one of the pieces in the Jólaórói series, a line of Christmas ornaments inspired by Icelandic animals. In 2021 the focus is on the cat, an animal that has lived alongside people for thousands of years. Cats first worked as guardians of food stores, keeping rodents away, and over time they also became beloved companions associated with luck, comfort and homely calm.
The ornament shows the cat in a clean, graphic silhouette that works with both modern and traditional Christmas décor. It is crafted from zinc plated in your choice of gold, silver or rosegold, giving a refined metallic finish while keeping the piece light enough to hang on tree branches, wreaths or window hooks.
