Nóa Kropp Chocolate coated corn puffs candy

Small puffed-corn centres, light and airy, sealed in a shell of Nói Síríus milk chocolate. The chocolate is creamy and just sweet enough; the corn puff underneath is crisp rather than hard, so each sphere crackles and then melts. It is a hand-to-mouth candy: once the bag is open it tends to stay open until it is empty.

Nóa Kropp comes from Nói Síríus, the Reykjavík chocolate maker founded in 1920, and it lives in a great many Icelandic homes next to the television remote. It is the bag people pour into a bowl on a Saturday night.
