Lava & Ice – Icelandic White Chocolate with Strawberry & Licorice Salt

Creamy white chocolate with pieces of freeze-dried Icelandic strawberry, crisp gluten-free waffle and a pinch of liquorice salt. Sweet and milky first, then a bright, tart strawberry note, a light waffle crunch, and a salty liquorice edge that stops it being one-dimensional. Lava & Ice is made in Iceland by Urta Islandica, and the name is the country in miniature: hot and cold, sweet and salt. It sits in our Icelandic Nature chocolate collection alongside bars from Anna Marta and Freyja.
