Lausn — Knitting pattern

Solution — Tie loose ends; a cheerful, quick hat that plays with colorful strands. The motif uses loose floats cut and tied after knitting for a fringed effect.

Knitting needles & notions
3.5 mm and 4.5 mm circular needles (40 cm); 4.5 mm double pointed needles.
Gauge
18 sts and 24 rows = 10 × 10 cm in St st using 4.5 mm needles.
Check gauge and adjust needle size if necessary.
Construction
The hat is worked in the round. Colorful strands are carried on the outside and later cut and tied to create the textured effect.
