Krókur — Knitting pattern
Krókur (“Hook”) echoes the soft fuzz and warmth of time‑honored mitten making. Simple 1×1 rib cuffs flow into bold colorwork before a tidy crown of decreases closes the hand.

Gauge
18 sts × 24 rows = 10 × 10 cm in stockinette on 4.5 mm needles.
Construction
Work cuff in 1×1 rib, then stranded hand with regular increases. Place thumb sts aside, finish hand and crown, then knit thumb and close neatly.
