Kandís is a small Icelandic hard-candy maker working by hand with natural ingredients and traditional techniques, founded in 2021, with flavours drawn from Icelandic flora. This edition takes the spices of Jól, the Icelandic Christmas: smoked lamb, spiced breads, sweet pastries and cardamom in the kitchen.
