What's in the kit
Round foam sweets with a light, airy centre and a thin coat of Góa milk chocolate. They're soft rather than chewy — the foam gives, the chocolate melts, and the sweetness is gentle — so a handful goes down very easily. Kids like them; adults pretend they're for the kids.
Fílakúlur means "elephant balls", and they've been a favourite in Iceland for a long time. Made by Góa in Hafnarfjörður, a couple of streets from our warehouse.
