The salt is dried over birch smoke according to an old tradition which gifts it a characteristic and strong smoky flavor, unlike anything you've tried before. The Arctic Thyme Salt combines wild Arctic Icelandic thyme, harvested from the gravel soils and dry heath lands of Iceland.
