Fjaðrárgljúfur features soft dates combined with crunchy edamame and fava beans that pair beautifully with caramel chocolate. Nutritious and flavourful beans, both crisp and delicious, were chosen for this recipe. The taste is exotic and perfectly balanced with the smooth, sweet dates, all wrapped in premium natural chocolate.
