Wild Icelandic arctic thyme is a plant that grows on gravel soils and in dry heath lands in Iceland. The arctic thyme is complemented with Saltverk geothermal flaky sea salt and together they give the experience of the wild nature of Iceland. The floral aroma of the arctic thyme gives the feeling of walking around in the Icelandic nature on after a summer rain.

The salt is ideal for curing meat and fits perfectly with the Icelandic lamb as well with other game meat.
