Knitting needles & notions
3.5 mm and 4 mm double pointed needles.
Gauge
20 sts and 25 rows = 10 × 10 cm in St st using 4 mm needles.
For a slightly looser bigger size use 4.5 mm needles.
Construction
Mittens are knitted in the round; floats are woven on long color runs. Thumb is set aside and completed after the hand is finished.
