Very happy with the item on receipt (hooded sweater in large ) and sizing was just right. Prior to ordering, I had some queries which were promptly responded to by email and I was also alerted when the item was in stock. Delivery was quick and could be tracked easily. This was my second purchase from Icelandic Store and I was not disappointed.

Another high quality superbly hand-made garment. I have been wearing this for a few weeks now and can confirm that the insulation properties are excellent - with just a base layer underneath it keeps the windchill OUT and body heat IN. It also seems to wick any sweat very well without getting uncomfortable.

I bought a custom measure this time which took some time to arrive but it was worth it (also a perfect fit). Only niggle was it would have been nice to have been notified of progress though I assumed that the Icelandic Handknitters would be busy before Christmas.

For imports into the UK it's a bit of a lottery whether you get charged VAT and handling fees. I was charged for my first purchase but not for this one which was stuck in UK Customs at Coventry Airport for 4 days (pre-Christmas congestion), but then suddenly delivered within 24 hours of release without any additional charges :-)

We just received the sweater and it fit perfectly and is such high quality!!! I know he will wear it a lot this year. We visited Iceland this summer and he has wanted a genuine Icelandic sweater since we couldn’t find his size and colors while there. This is great!

This is such a cool garment, I don't know why it took me so long to finally get one.
It's really warm, it looks good with everything, and the traditional pattern really stands out! I'm very, very happy with it.

Oh, and it took less than 24 hours to arrive, with express delivery!
