We want you to be satisfied with you purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may return it within 30 days after delivery for a refund or exchange. Import duties and tarrifs

To keep you fully informed: all shipments to the United States are now subject to a 15% U.S. import tariff. This tariff is not included in your Icelandic Store checkout total. It is collected on arrival by the carrier or U.S. Customs and is paid by the customer.

Nice design. Pattern is a little sparsely written but it was ok. On the thumb decreases, I did not get to 4 stitches on either but pulled through at 5 rather than have 1 or 2 stitches of a partial round.
A very unique mitten pattern. I will enjoy creating it.

I attempted to download the mitten pattern but it did not arrive. I understand that it was a free pattern but still it was marketed as available and was not.
I was VERY impressed with your web site, what you offer and what appears to be high quality in everything. I believe I filled out a request about what weight yarn is used in your sweaters. I would like to buy yarn to use on a pattern I already have, but am not sure which kind of yarn I need.
These are definitely different than mittens in the USA or any other country.
There is a confusing part in the pattern for the thumb. But I put the 7 stitches on a safety pin instead of scrap yarn. Then I cast on 7 new stitches instead of knitting over the 7 saved. That worked better than the pattern instructions
Hi there- So there is a disconnect in the pattern for the thumb. I ended up finding a video on line for how to do the thumb. You have to have a hole to put the thumb through. So when you use the scrap yarn- I found it better to put those stitches on a paperclip or a safety pin. Then cast on another 6 to knit. The way it was described in the instructions was not clear.
