LYSI's Children's Cod Liver Oil contains vitamins A, D and E and is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, one of which is the fatty acid DHA which plays an important role in the development of the brain and central nervous system. Vitamins A and D are necessary to ensure the normal growth of teeth and bones and healthy eyesight. Cod liver oil is also beneficial for overall health and for preventing common ailments.
The manufacturing process for LYSI's Children’s Cod Liver Oil ensures that the amounts of vitamins A and D in the oil are suitable for children. Research has indicated that omega-3 fatty acids have many positive effects on the growth and development of children. The Children's Cod Liver Oil is the result of product development with the consultancy of parents and children, having in mind the needs of children.

Ingredients
Cod liver oil, tuna oil blend, antioxidant (mixed tocopherols), vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
Daily intake
From the age of 6 months 5 ml (1 teaspoon).
6 years and older 10 ml (2 teaspoons).
