I have been knitting with Lopi yarn for over 50 years! During the 70s I was able to order Lopi yarn directly from Iceland the old fashioned way of sending a letter and a check. Any one remember those days? I am still knitting and still prefer Lopi yarn. I raise my own sheep for handspinning and have loads of wool I also use. However, I still use Icelandic wool. I like the light weight and feel of the finished sweater, hat, mittens and socks. Takk fyrir áratuga fallegt garn.
