LYSI Cod Liver Oil Lemon Flavor 

LYSI's Liquid Cod Liver Oil is extracted from fresh livers of cod, is rich in vitamins A and D, and also contains vitamin E. Icelandic cod liver oil.

Vitamins A and D are necessary to ensure the normal growth of teeth and bones, as well as healthy eyesight. The oil is available in natural flavour and lemon flavour.

Cod Liver Oil is also a good source of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA which are good for the development of the brain and the central nervous  system and is sourced, refined, and bottled in Iceland.

The product delivered quickly to the United States from Iceland. Product expires late 20022 and is very fresh with a slight lemon taste. Better product than other brands and fresher. The only negative was that customs was much slower than normal in processing. But, no fault of the supplier who does an excellent job.

I take this oil every day as part of the treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis ( RA )
Every morning when I wake up I drink a big glass of water, then after 10 minutes
I take one tablespoon of this COD Liver Oil then I wait 30 minutes to have my
breakfast or anything I want to eat or drink. I do this every day. I am feeling
good. I try to avoid sugars and I try to eat organic food.
